Shipping & Delivery

Stock permitting, we aim to deliver within 7 working days but frequently this will be quicker.

We have tried to make our delivery charges as simple to understand as possible, but if you have any questions about the delivery charges, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our aim is that all orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same day (or the following Monday if placed over the weekend) except during very busy periods.

All UK orders over £150 will be despatched free of charge.

UK Mainland Delivery

Please allow 7 working days.

Standard Delivery:

Cost £3.95 per delivery address for orders under £50.00
Cost £5.95 per delivery address for orders over £50.00

Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and other areas, may incurr an additional carriage fee depending of weight.

Although we endeavour to keep our stock up-to-date, from time to time some items may not be in the desired stock, when this is applicable we will inform the customer with an Estimated Delivery Date, this may be in the form of an email after the transaction is complete.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Moto Graphix shares customer information only within the Moto Graphix.

Are Children Allowed to Use Moto Graphix?

Moto Graphix does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell childrens products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Moto Graphix only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Returns & Replacements

Orders can only be returned within 7 days starting from the day after delivery. Where goods are faulty, if it is not possible to provide a replacement part, they will be uplifted free of charge within mainland Britain. Elsewhere the cost of return must be borne by the purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

I need to cancel an order, how do I do this?

This can only be done for a short time after your order has been placed. You will be able to cancel an order whilst still in the ‘Pending’status. Once your order changes to ‘Processing’ stauts it cannot be cancelled.

I just want to cancel one item in my order, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of cancelling part of your order. If you need to cancel one item, please cancel the entire order (if possible) and re-order the item (s) you wish to purchase.
